First, take my review with a grain of salt as my experience was with Basil from an initial Sales experience without closure or after sales experience. I'm surprised to see many negative reviews of this dealership, but most of the reviews seem related to bait and switch and after the initial sales entry to get you in the door which I didn't reach given pursuing a different car due to my own reasons.

I purchased a little commuter car that Tyler assisted me with, and it was easily the best experience I have ever had. Very poor. Stay away. They did nothing to fix our Honda Pilot with a confirmed engine problem, (we actually received a letter from Honda, stating a possible problem, that we definitely experienced last September) but as the code was not showing current they wouldn’t pursue the actual legit expensive fix. We had a good overall experience at this dealership. The salesman, unfortunately, repeatedly forgot to send us an item for the Pilot. When we complained about it, instead of getting defensive or brushing me off, he owned the mistake completely and immediately rectified the situation. No place is perfect and mistakes do happen. What matters is how they are handled. In this case they handled it very well. Because of this, I would recommend this dealership to a friend or coworker or others that inquire.

Nice vibe walking into the showroom. My salesman, Perry, came in on his day off to help me out. Very positive experience, although I was having a terrible time making a decision. The finance guy, Dan, was really nice and easy to talk to. Perry even drove the vehicle several hours to my home to make sure it fit in the garage! After the sale I called back with several questions and everyone was very nice and responsive.

Dane Fransen in the service department was excellent! He was very personable, knowledgeable, and genuine. He answered my questions thoroughly and went above and beyond by investigating if the timing belt on our 2019 Honda Ridgeline had been replaced. (It had been replaced in the past 30,000 miles, so hooray, I don’t have to spend $2,000 right now! :-)) Casey and Jimmy in the service department have also been kind and helpful in the past! This is a great place to get a vehicle serviced.

We bought a slightly used 2023 HRV at Luther Honda this spring. Donnie was our salesperson and seemed quite knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. The actual buying process had us make a lot of decisions, but the finance people were very helpful. I've had Luther do a little service work on other Honda's I own and they seemed up front on costs and again not pushy.
